Q. Are you really centrally located in Southampton?
A. Absolutely! Please see the map under Nearby Attractions. We really are close to most everything!

Q. Do you have internet access?
A. Yes, absolutely! We run a Zyxel wireless 802.11G network with local security.

Q. Why can't I smoke or bring my pet?
A. We frequently have guests that may experience breathing problems, and asthma in particular does not mix well with any type of cigarette or other smoke. Similar problems occur with pets due to the dander that all pets shed to some degree.

Q. Why don't you have en suite bathrooms in your inn?
A. We recently purchased this property and are considering restructuring the rooms and current very large bathroom to allow for private bathrooms. For 2008, we are downsizing the capacity of the property significantly to insure there are no worries about access to the second floor bathroom. In addition, we will be asking guests to work together to schedule morning time in the bathroom and limit it to 15 minutes per room.

Q. Are you a peanut free kitchen?
A. We are not peanut or other nut free, but we will try to accomodate any special requirements you may have such as no onions, no peppers, and similar sorts of changes in the breakfast menu.
